    These sessions provide a supportive, non-judgmental space to learn about your child’s developmental milestones, strengthen your parent-child relationship, and explore strategies that support your family system. Drawing on evidence-based home visiting models, trauma-informed practices, and early childhood development research, sessions are tailored to your family’s goals and values.

  • These consultations are for parents and caregivers of children from birth to age 5 who want guidance on child development, behavior, routines, emotional regulation, and strengthening their family system. Services are open to all families, regardless of income or eligibility for traditional home visiting programs.

  • Sessions can cover a wide range of topics, including:

    • Understanding developmental milestones

    • Infant, Toddler and preschool behavior and discipline strategies

    • Supporting emotional regulation and social-emotional development

    • Strengthening parent-child relationships and attachment

    • Routines, sleep, transitions, and daily structure

    • Parenting stress, burnout, and family dynamics

    Each session is tailored to your family’s goals and concerns.

  • Parenting consultations are educational and supportive. They provide guidance, strategies, and resources but do not replace mental health therapy, medical advice, or mandated home visiting services. If therapeutic or clinical services are needed, referrals can be discussed.

  • Yes. Your privacy is respected, and sessions are kept confidential within ethical and professional boundaries. If you have questions about confidentiality or limits (e.g., mandated reporting laws), we can review them during your first session.

  • I am an early childhood professional with experience in home visiting, early intervention, trauma-informed care, and reflective supervision. My approach is relationship-based, strengths-focused, and grounded in evidence-based models such as Parents as Teachers (PAT) and Healthy Families America (HFA), as well as child development research.

  • I can provide guidance on developmental milestones and share information about tools such as the Ages and Stages Questionnaires (ASQ). However, I do not provide diagnoses. If developmental concerns arise, I can help you understand next steps and appropriate referrals.

  • That’s completely okay. Many parents come in with general questions or concerns. We’ll start with your goals and build from there.

  • Yes, additional caregivers are welcome to join with your permission. Supporting the whole family system is encouraged.

  • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
